LONDON (Alliance News) - IndigoVision Group PLC Monday said that Chief Executive Marcus Kneen was awarded with 123 shares to match 123 shares previously purchased in the market by the trustee of the company's 2010 share incentive plan.
The CEO now has an interest 213,594 shares, or a 2.8% stake.
