(Alliance News) - Immedia Group PLC on Monday said it has established a satellite presence in the US, through the opening of a office in Houston, Texas.
The AIM-listed media and marketing firm said the office will be headed up by Kacey White and will have a primarily focus on AVC Immedia business.
White has already worked with the company on numerous projects over many years throughout the US, Immedia said, offering businesses and brands visual and audio to engage consumers and employees alike.
"This is a very interesting opportunity for us to establish a new satellite office in the US, managed by Kacey who has over 20 years' experience in this field and whom we know and trust," said Immedia Chair Tim Hipperson.
Immedia shares were untraded in London on Monday, last closing at 16.20 pence each.
