LONDON (Alliance News) - Permanent TSB Group Holdings PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Donal Courtney as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The finance services provider said Courtney is also a non-executive director and chair of the Risk and Audit committees for three Irish regulated institutions, including Unicredit Bank, Dell Bank International, and IPUT PLC.
Courtney has previously sat on the board of a number of companies in the aircraft leasing, property financing and private equity industries, Permanent TSB said.
"Donal's experience as a non-executive director within the Irish financial services industry where he has served on both Audit and Risk committees will be invaluable to the bank and I look forward to his contribution in the months and years ahead," said Chairman Robert Elliott.
Permanent TSB shares were trading 0.3% lower on Wednesday at EUR2.11 each.
