ICG Enterprise Trust PLC - London-based private equity investor - Alongside Gridiron Capital Fund V, invests USD5 million in Vistage Worldwide. ICG says Vistage "is the world's largest executive coaching organisation for small and medium sized businesses, operating for over 65 years with over 24,000 members".
San-Diego based Vistage provides a subscription services offering peer advisory meetings, one-on-one coaching, including access to online content and speakers and events. Gridiron Capital Fund V is a buyout fund managed by Connecticut-based Gridiron Capital.
