LONDON (Alliance News) - Life sciences company Horizon Discovery Group PLC on Friday said it has raised GBP25 million via a share placing to back its expansion plans.
Horizon has issued 13.2 million shares at 190 pence per share. Shares in Horizon were down 1.8% to 190.00p on Friday.
The proceeds are to be used to back the expansion of the company's business providing research tools to back genomics research and personalised medicines development.
