(Alliance News) - Shares in Horizon Discovery were cancelled from trading on the AIM market in London on Thursday after the completion of its GBP296 million takeover by US life sciences firm PerkinElmer Inc.
The takeover of the gene editing company was approved by shareholders earlier in December. The scheme of arrangement was sanctioned by the court on Monday and became effective on Wednesday.
