LONDON (Alliance News) - Hydrodec Group PLC said Chief Executive Officer Chris Ellis bought 802,791 shares at 2.49 pence per share on Friday.
Following the purchase, Ellis holds 3.3 million shares, equal to a 0.44% stake.
The stock was up 34% at 2.81p Friday.
