Harworth Group PLC - Rotherham, South Yorkshire-based land and property regeneration - Delivers "strong" operational performance in the second half of 2020.
"This, coupled with the indicative outcome of the independent valuation of the land and property portfolio, means that we anticipate that the financial performance resulting in group EPRA [net development value] at December 31, 2020 will be ahead of our expectations," company says.
In the final quarter of 2020, over 55 acres of serviced land comprising 669 residential plots and 41,800 square foot of commercial space was sold for a combined consideration of GBP33.6 million, ahead of or in line with December 31, 2019 book value. Completes land purchases totalling over 117 acres for a combined consideration of GBP7.0 million.
Collects 92% of rent for December quarter.
