(Alliance News) - Hargreaves Services PLC said Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Gordon Frank Banham bought shares in the company.
In a transaction on Monday, Banham purchased 14,250 shares for a price of 290 pence each, totalling GBP41,325.
Following this purchase, Banham's total holding is 2.6 million shares, representing 8.20% of the company's issued share capital.
Hargreaves Services shares were up 1.1% in London at 288.00 pence each on Tuesday.
