NEW YORK, March 1 (IFR) - HSBC (A1/A/AA-) launched athree-tranche US$7bn deal on Tuesday, the largest deal of theday thus far.
The longest tranche is a 10-year, with US$3bn at T+250bp. Italso has five-year fixed and floating tranches, with $3bn in thefixed part at T+215bp.
The deal is one of seven in the market today, six of whichare financials, including HSBC.
