LONDON (Alliance News) - HSBC Holdings PLC said Monday the boss of its private banking unit sold shares worth GBP130,502 in a transaction last Friday.
Global Private Banking Chief Executive Officer Antonio Simoes - appointed in January, having been at the firm since 2007 - sold 20,000 shares at 652.5 pence each. Shares in HSBC closed 0.3% lower at 650.00 pence on Monday.
The total holding of Simoes in HSBC after the transaction - if any - was not disclosed.
