Norris has been interim CFO since March last year. Additionally, Geoff Race joins the board as non-executive director. Race is co-founder and CFO of Nasdaq-listed biopharmaceutical company Minerva Neurosciences Inc.

----------

Focusrite PLC - High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire-based music and audio products - Sally McKone joins board and takes over as CFO on Monday, replacing Jeremy Wilson. Garner joins from satellite communications technology firm Global Invacom Group Ltd. Garners departure from AIM-listed Global Invacom was announced back in December. The Singapore-based company, which reported 2020 results on Monday, says it has no current intention to appoint a new CFO, with its two financial controllers running finance instead. Bango says Garner replaces Carolyn Rand, who steps down as CFO and from the board but will remain as a consultant for the coming year. Rand was hired as interim CFO in October 2018 and became full-time CFO in January 2019. Bango will publish its 2020 results on March 16.

Nicholas Haag and Eric Rajendra also will step down as non-executive directors at the AGM.
