AO World PLC - the household appliances retailer - Says Chief Executive Officer John Roberts purchased 154,495 shares at a price of 143.97 pence, worth GBP222,427. Following this transaction, which was completed on Tuesday, Roberts holds 108.1 million shares, representing a 23% stake.

Honye Financial Services Ltd - the Cayman Islands-based company - Says Fush Financial Investment Co on Thursday sold 5.6 million shares at a price of 35p each. Xu WanBao, director of Honye, holds 70% of Fush. Following this transaction, worth GBP2.0 million, Fush holds 6.2 million shares, representing a 25% stake.

ULS Technology PLC - the web based services provider - Says Kestrel Partners LLP purchased 85,577 shares at an average price of 53.09 pence each on Thursday. Oliver Scott, a non-executive director of ULS, is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel. Following the transaction, which was worth GBP45,431, Kestrel holds 11.3 million shares in ULS and its other clients hold 6.4 million shares. Overall, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 17.7 million shares, representing a 27% stake.

Brand Architekts Group PLC - the beuty brands business - Says Non-Executive Director Roger McDowell purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 120p each, totalling GBP12,000. Following this transaction, which was completed on Wednesday, McDowell's total beneficial interest in the company is 399,105 shares, representing 2.4% stake.

Contango Holdings PLC - the investment company - Says Non-Executive Director Oliver Stansfield purchased 300,000 shares at a price of 4.5p each, worth GBP13,500. Following Friday's transaction, Stanfield holds 5.3 million shares in Contango, representing a 2.6% stake.
