(Alliance News) - Henderson High Income Trust PLC on Tuesday said it has hired Richard Cranfield as a non-executive director, effective from the beginning of March.
Cranfield is currently a partner in law firm Allen & Overy LLP where he is global chair of the corporate practice and co-head of its financial institutions group. He is also chair of investment platform provider IntegraFin Holdings PLC.
Shares in the investment trust closed 1.0% lower at 191.00 pence each on Tuesday in London.
