TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC - London-based pay television, internet access, and mobile network services provider - Executive Chair Charles Dunstone buys 1.0 million shares at GBP0.86, worth GBP860,000, on Monday. Dunstone bought 955,149 shares, worth GBP993,491, back in March.

Unite Group PLC - Bristol-based student accommodation provider - Chair Phil White and seven other directors buy at total of 20,113 shares at GBP8.70, worth GBP174,983 on Friday last week.

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals PLC - London-based pre-clinical stage biopharmaceutical firm - Financial Controller Andrew Wright and wife Olena buy 434,704 shares at 5.76p, worth GBP25,039, on Monday. The Wrights now have an interest in 1.5 million shares, a 0.4% stake.

DX Group PLC - Buckinghamshire-based parcel freight, courier and logistics services - Executive Chair Ronald Series buys 180,000 shares at 12.1 pence each, worth GBP21,780, on Tuesday. Now has 2.1 million shares.

Hibernia REIT PLC - owns and develops office property in Dublin - Chief Financial Officer Thomas Edwards-Moss buys 29,007 shares at EUR1.11, worth EUR32,073, on Friday last week. Now has 332,191 shares.

Rainbow Rare Earths Ltd - Gakara rare earth project in Burundi - Non-Executive Chair Adonis Pouroulis buys 1.3 million shares from Non-Executive Director Shawn McCormick at 3p, worth GBP39,876, on Tuesday. Pouroulis now has 76.5 million shares, an 18.1% stake, and McCormick 9.3 million, or 2.2%. Last week, Rainbow Rare Earths raised GBP1.3 million from the issue of 41.7 million shares at 3p.
