LONDON (Alliance News) - Hardy Oil and Gas PLC Wednesday said non-executive director Yogeshwar Sharma sold 500,000 shares at a price of 100 pence each Monday.
Following this transaction, Sharma holds 2.7 million shares, which represents 3.64% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the international oil and gas company were down 1.45% at 102.00 pence Wednesday midday.
