IN BRIEF: Holders Technology's AIM cancellation pushed back to Friday
Holders Technology PLC - London-based lighting components - Shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM in London on Friday next week. Holders back at the start of December had proposed the de-listing, citing the cost and regulatory burden of being a public company. The cancellation, originally planned to take place next week Monday, is delayed due to "the process of rematerialising and then cancelling the ordinary shares purchased under the tender offer".
