LONDON (Alliance News) - Highcroft Investments PLC said Monday it sold the long leasehold interest of its property on the Nursling Industrial Estate, in Southampton, for GBP3.7 million.
The company sold the 25,300 square feet warehouse occupied by Metabo Ltd, with the lease due to expire in 2020, to the Isle of Wight Council.
Highcroft Investments shares closed untraded at 905.00 pence on Monday.
