Aquis Exchange PLC - London-based stock exchange operator and software developer - Promotes Glenn Collinson to chair, starting January 1, replacing Niki Beattie, who retires after nine years as chair. Collinson was reappointed to the Aquis Exchange board back in September, having joined the board in 2019 before moving to the board of subsidiary Aquis Stock Exchange Ltd in 2020. Collinson co-founded Bluetooth-technology firm Cambridge Silicon Radio, later CSR PLC, in 1998.

Alumasc Group PLC - Kettering, England-based supplier of building and engineering products - Promotes Vijay Thakrar to non-executive chair, starting January 1, replacing John McCall, who is retiring from the board. Thakrar joined the Alumasc board at the start of 2019. He was a partner at accounting firms Deloitte and EY and currently is a non-executive director of London listings Alpha FX Group PLC and Treatt PLC.

Ibstock PLC - Ibstock, England-based maker of clay brick and concrete products - Hires Peju Adebajo as non-executive director, starting immediately. Adebajo was chief executive officer of Lumos, a solar homes systems company in Nigeria.

Just Group PLC - Reigate, Surrey-based provider of retirement financial services to individuals and companies - Senior Independent Director Keith Nicholson to retire with effect at the end of December after five years in the role. Will be replaced by Non-Executive Director Ian Cormack.

Corre Energy BV - Groningen, Netherlands-based hydrogen production and renewable energy storage - Appoints Luca Moro as non-executive director to represent Fondo Italiano Per L'Efficienza Energetica SGR Spa. Moro is a senior investment manager for the Italian energy efficiency fund. Corre calls an extraordinary general meeting for December 7 to approve Moro's appointment.

Hibernia REIT PLC - Dublin-based real estate investment trust - Hires Fergal O'Dwyer and Conall O'Halloran as non-executive directors, starting immediately. O'Dwyer was chief financial officer of support services firm DCC PLC until July last year, and he currently is a non-executive director of bank AIB Group PLC. O'Halloran is an accountant who was a partner at KPMG until retiring this past July.
