Cooke now has 27.1 million shares for a 4.5% stake, and Raven 65.5 million for 10.8%. New investor Hugh Simon buys 30.0 million placing shares, a 4.9% stake. Simon is CEO and ultimate owner of Hamon Investment Group. The remaining shares are taken up by other members of Tavistock management.

Ferro-Alloy Resources Ltd - CEO Nick Bridgen agrees to a 12-month lock-in for his 64.7 million shares due to the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The company had been trying to place shares held by Bridgen with investors to make a partial payment toward a GBP3.3 million divorce settlement. However, market volatility caused by the health crisis meant there wasn't sufficient demand. Ferro-Alloy Resources shares were untraded at 9.50p on Monday, down 35% over the past month.
