LONDON (Alliance News) - Nighthawk Energy PLC Thursday said it received a conversion notice to exercise share options over 1 million shares at an exercise price of 5 pence each.
The US-focused oil development and production company said it expects the shares to start trading on or around June 10.
Shares in Nighthawk closed down 0.2% at 6.00 pence on Thursday.
