LONDON (Alliance News) - US-focused oil and gas company Nighthawk Energy PLC on Monday said it has secured another extension on the renegotiation of its reserve-based loan facility.
The company said the initial waiver, which had been extended to December 31, 2015, has now been extended to January 9.
Nighthawk is continuing to work with lender the Commonwealth Bank of Australia on renegotiating the facility.
