Great Western Mining Corp PLC - gold, silver and copper explorer in US state of Nevada - Notes "major gold breakthrough" as it reports on drilling at the Rock House and Olympic gold projects. At Rock House, Great Western finds "gold at shallow depths in multiple holes". Chair Brian Hall says: "At the Rock House project, the southern alteration zone results represent a major breakthrough for the company in virgin territory, which we will be following up as soon as possible." Also says that at Omco mine area in Olympic asset, two holes drilled next to an abandoned mine "delivered reportable grades of gold". A Follow-up hole between the two will be drilled, Great Western adds.
