LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Wednesday said the open market value of its portfolio grew by 35% in the first half, partly due to acquisitions of three office buildings in Bucharest, Romania, and partly due to valuation gains.
In a statement, the company said the open market value of its portfolio was EUR808.8 million at the end of June. It was EUR599.3 million six months earlier.
Net asset value was EUR427.3 million at the end of June, from EUR392.7 million six months earlier.
Shares in the company were untraded at EUR5.80 on Wednesday.
