LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Tuesday said it has acquired another building in the Green Court Bucharest project in Romania from Swedish construction and development group Skanska AB.
The group is buying the property for EUR47.0 million, and it expects the acquisition to close in December 2015.
The office park is based in the new central business district in Bucharest and close to Globalworth's existing Bucharest One, Nusco Tower and Gara Herastrau properties.
Globalworth shares were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 5.65 pence.
