LONDON (Alliance News) - Romania-focused property developer Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Wednesday said the value of its portfolio grew in the first quarter of 2016.
Globalworth said the open market value of its portfolio at the end of March was EUR950.1 million, up 2.0% from EUR931.1 million at the end of December. Its net asset value per share at the end of March was EUR9.08, flat against the end of 2015.
The company said its pretax profit for the quarter was EUR3.6 million, sharply down on the EUR9.5 million made a year prior due to one-off acquisition-driven gains made the year before.
Globalworth shares were untraded on Wednesday morning, having last traded at EUR5.10.
