Globalworth Real Estate Net Asset Value Per Share Up 34% On Year

LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd Monday said its EPRA net asset value was EUR434.1 million at the end of December 2014.

In an update for the three months to end-December, the property company said its EPRA net asset value per share stood at EUR8.09, which it said represents around a 34% increase in the past 12 months, from EUR6.03 at the end of December 2013. EPRA is the European Public Real Estate Association, the industry body for European REITs.

The company said it acquired seven properties in 2014, including the Timisoara Airport Park in Romania and two land plots in Bucharest, which increased the overall appraised value of its portfolio to EUR599.3 million.

It also said that it currently has four developments in progress, which once completed, are expected to increase the the appraised value of the company's real estate portfolio to around EUR1.04 billion on a pro-forma basis.

The company's shares were untraded Monday morning. The stock last traded at EUR6.50 per share.
