LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd said Wednesday its 72%-owned unit Globalworth Poland Real Estate NV has acquired a business park in Krakow, Poland, for EUR139 million.
Globalworth Poland has bought Quattro Business Park, a office complex of five buildings offering a gross leasable area of 60,200 square meters and annual contracted rental income of EUR10.7 million. The business park has 99% occupancy and a weighted average lease length of three years.
Shares in the real estate investment company were trading 3.0% higher at EUR9.43 each Wednesday afternoon.
