Other board members Pierre Bouchut and Jette Nygaard-Andersen buy 11,500 shares at 802.6p and 4,500 shares at 785.35p, together worth GBP127,640, also on Friday. Bouchut now has 38,500 shares and Jette Nygaard-Andersen 9,900. Meanwhile, Chief Executive Officer Shay Segev on Friday exercises options over 1.5 million shares at 317.03p, worth GBP4.7 million at the option price and GBP11.3 million at the current market price. Segev now has 1.6 million GVC shares. In order to partially fund the options exercise, Segev pledges his share portfolio, including his GVC shares, as security for GBP2.0 million loan from a bank.
