LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------GlaxoSmithKline said Friday that Senior Vice President for human resources Claire Thomas sold 30,000 shares in the company.Thomas sold the shares at 1,604.10 pence each for a total consideration of GBP481,230. Shares in the pharmaceutical giant closed up 0.2% at 1,603.00p each.----------C&C Group said Friday that Non-Executive Director Richard Holroyd bought shares worth EUR50,925 in the company. Holroyd acquired 15,000 shares at EUR3.39 each. His total shareholding in the company following the deal was not disclosed. Shares in the alcoholic drinks manufacturer closed up 0.4% at EUR3.42. ----------Premier Asset Management Group said that Senior Independent Director Robert Colthorpe purchased 8,500 shares at a price of 282.50 pence per share on August 6, at a total of GBP24,012. It has not been disclosed how many shares Colthorpe now holds following this transaction. Shares in the asset management group closed 0.6% at 273.50 pence on Friday.----------Byotrol said Friday that Chief Technical Officer Trevor Francis bought shares in the company. Francis acquired 657,686 shares at 3.8 pence each, worth GBP24,992 in total. His total shareholding in the company following the transaction was 2.9 million shares, or 0.68% of the company. Shares in the technology company closed up 3.8% at 3.79p each.----------FTSE 250-listed Electrocomponents said Friday that Chief Executive Officer Lindsley Ruth sold 50,000 shares in the company.
