LONDON (Alliance News) - Green REIT PLC said Tuesday it fully let 5 Harcourt Road in Dublin to WeWork Companies Inc for annual rent of EUR3 million.
The letting agreement for the 4,650 square metre seven floor building lasts for 20 years.
The company added that it completed the sale of Westend Retail Park in Dublin for EUR147.7 million.
Green REIT shares were trading down 0.1% at EUR1.5 each.
