(Sharecast News) - Gaming Realms announced on Thursday that it will be deferring the publication of its full-year results for the year ending 31 December until 28 April.
The AIM-traded firm had previously indicated its intention to publish during the week of 13 April.
It said the audit was "substantially complete", but noted that the disruption of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic had delayed finalisation.
"Alongside the reporting of its 2019 financial year results, the company will also be updating on its current trading," Gaming Realms said in its short statement.
At 1033 BST, shares in Gaming Realms were down 7.42% at 6.55p.
