LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed building materials firm CRH PLC said on Monday it has appointed two new non-executive directors to its board.
Mary Rhineheart has joined with immediate effect while Siobhan Talbot will join on December 1.
Rhineheart is currently chairman, chief executive officer & president of building products manufacturer Johns Manville Corp, for six years since 2012.
Talbot is currently group managing director of Irish food and nutrition firm Glanbia PLC, a role held since 2013.
Shares in CRH were up 0.5% at 2,525.00 pence on Monday.
