Gemfields Group Ltd - London-headquartered gemstones miner and marketer - Says it has bought back 55.6 million shares at an average of ZAR3.17 each, worth ZAR176.4 million, since the start of its current buyback programme through to Wednesday, October 18. This represents 4.6% of the issued share capital of 1.21 billion as at November 30, 2022. Gemfields now has 52.8 million shares held in treasury.
