Goldplat PLC - AIM-listed Africa-focused gold producer - Says transfer of 74% holding in Goldplat Recovery (Pty) Ltd to Goldplat PLC from Gold Minerals Resources Ltd is subject to the waiver of pre-emptive rights by minority shareholders of Goldplat Recovery.
"The consultation process with the minority shareholders is underway and company will keep the market updated as the transfer of shares and the restructuring plan generally is progressed and completed," Goldplat says.
