LONDON (Alliance News) - Private equity investment firm EPE Special Opportunities Ltd said Wednesday it has promoted Non-Executive Director Clive Spears to non-executive chair.
He will be replacing Geoffrey Vero, who company said last week had died after 13 years in the role since 2006.
Spears has been non-executive director at EPE Special Opportunities for 16 years since 2003. He also is a non-executive director at GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd.
His most recent executive role was at Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd, the offshore banking arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC for 32 years, retiring as deputy director of Jersey in 2003.
Shares in EPE Special Opportunities were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 196.00 pence.
