Global Petroleum said the second well in the Eagle Ford shale prospect in Texas is producing more oil than the first one did in its first 30 days of production.The operator of the prospect, Texon Petroleum, has reported that during its first 30 days of production, the second Eagle Ford well produced 30,400 barrels of oil equivalent (boe), 92% of which was oil, significantly more than was produced by the first Eagle Ford well, Tyler Ranch EFS #1H.The first well produced 19,651 boe in its first 30 days of operation.Global has a 7.94% working interest in about 1,651 acres beneath the Olmos formation, including the Eagle Ford Shale.
