Globo, a mobile solutions and software as a service (SaaS) provider, has formed an agreement with ASBISC Enterprises, a distributor of Information Technology products into the emerging markets of Europe, Middle East and Africa, to distribute the GO!Enterprise Server products in key markets. The initial priority of the agreement will be to offer enterprise mobility solutions, GO!Enterprise Office and GO!Enterprise Mobilizer, in Russia and the former Soviet Union, Poland, Hungary, Turkey and the Middle East. The agreement also includes a range of strategic initiatives and new business opportunities, such as the in-house development of business apps and implementing and rolling out GO!Enterprise Server installations in various countries where ASBISC operates. GLOBO's CEO Costis Papadimitrakopoulos, said: "Globo's partnership with ASBISC is an important step in the implementation of our growth strategy to develop a significant international mobile business. Our combined expertise will also enable us to develop and commercialise new business apps, thereby generating incremental revenue opportunities.
