Fortune Oil Extends Acquisition Completion Date
LONDON (Alliance News) - Fortune Oil PLC Tuesday said it has extended the completion date for its proposed acquisition of Wilmar International Ltd's interest in the consideration it will get as a result of the disposal of Fortune Gas Investment Holdings Limited to October 4 from September 30.
Fortune Oil shares were up 0.51% to 9.95 pence Tuesday.
