(Alliance News) - Filtronic PLC said Wednesday Michael Tyerman, chief financial officer purchased 267,596 shares in the company.
On Monday, Tyerman bought 105,374 shares at a price of 9.49 pence.
Meanwhile of Tuesday he bought 56,501 shares at a price of 9.3644 pence, and 105,721 shares at 9.44p.
As a result of these transactions, Tyerman now has an interest in 338,778 shares, representing 0.16% of the company's issued share capital.
Filtronic shares were trading 5.1% higher in London at a price of 9.83 pence each on Wednesday.
