LONDON (Alliance News) - James Fisher & Sons PLC on Friday said it appointed Aedamar Comiskey as senior independent director with immediate effect.
Comiskey, who is Global Head of Corporate and a member of the Executive Committee at Linklaters LLP, takes over from David Moorhouse who stepped down as a non-executive director last month.
The marine engineering services provider said Comiskey has been an independent non-executive director since November 2014 and is chair of the Remuneration Committee.
"Aedamar's commercial experience, coupled with her legal background means she is perfectly placed to take on this important role for the company," said James Fisher Chair Malcolm Paul.
The stock closed 0.5% lower on Friday at 2,105.00p a share.
