LONDON (Alliance News) - Renew Holdings PLC on Friday said it appointed Shatish Dasani as non-executive director with immediate effect.
The engineering services group supporting the UK infrastructure, said that Dasani is a chartered accountant with "over 20 years-experience in senior public company finance roles" across various sectors.
He is currently chief financial officer of Forterra PLC, which he joined in 2015.
He was previously chief financial officer of TT Electronics PLC and has also been non-executive director of Camelot Group PLC.
Renew Holdings shares were trading up 0.3% at 369.00 pence each.
