LONDON (Alliance News) - Falkland Islands Holdings PLC said John Foster, a director of the company, acquired 10,000 shares at a price of 264.86 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Foster holds 71,867 shares, which represents a 0.58% stake in the firm.
Shares in the AIM-quoted businesses that provides retail, transport and logistics services in the Flakland Islands and the UK were up 2.9% at 265.00p Tuesday.
