LONDON (Alliance News) - fastjet PLC on Monday said it has received a request to convene a general meeting from easyGroup Holdings Ltd for the proposed removal of Chief Executive Ed Winter and General Counsel and Company Secretary Krista Bates from the board.
The meeting is being sought to propose resolutions to remove Winter and Bates from the board with immediate effect.
easyGroup has a 13% holding in fastjet.
Shares in fastjet closed down 0.4% at 67.01 pence on Monday.
