LONDON (Alliance News) - African budget carrier Fastjet PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive Ed Winter has decided to step down from his role.
Winter will remain in position until a replacement is appointed and will remain available to the company in an advisory capacity for a period of time after in order to ensure a smooth transition.
Fastjet said it will hire headhunters to search for a new CEO and will make a further announcement in due course.
Shares in Fastjet were down 1.0% to 68.10 pence.
