EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Ex-Coca-Cola exec, Cafe Rouge founder for Deliveroo

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Deliveroo PLC - London-based takeaway food delivery service - Hires Dominique Reiniche and Karen Jones as non-executive directors. Reiniche was president and then chair of the Europe Group of Coca-Cola Co. She is a non-executive director of packaging firm Mondi PLC and currently a non-executive director of Severn Trent PLC, though is set to step down from the water utility's board. Reiniche also is chair of Eurostar. Jones was founder of restaurant chain Cafe Rouge and currently is chair of steak house Hawskmoor and executive chair of pasta house Prezzo.

FIH Group PLC - provider of retail, transport and logistics services in UK and Falkland Islands - Hires Stuart Munro as chief financial officer, starting Wednesday. Munro has worked as a finance director in infrastructure and transport firms such as Balfour Beatty PLC, Alfred McAlpine Infrastructure Services, FirstGroup PLC and Transport for London.

Wickes Group PLC - United Utilities Group PLC, Grainger PLC and Aggreko PLC note that Mark Clare, a non-executive director for all three, has been appointed as senior independent non-executive director of Wickes, as the spin-off from Travis Perkins PLC starts trading on London Main Market on Wednesday. Pets At Home Group PLC notes that Chief Financial Officer Mike Iddon is a non-executive director of Wickes.

Tate & Lyle PLC - Hires Patricia Corsi as non-executive director, starting May 1. Corsi is global chief marketing & digital officer for Bayer Consumer Health, part of Bayer AG. Previously she worked for brewer Heineken NV and consumer goods firms Unilever PLC and Kraft Foods, part of Kraft Heinz Co. As previously announced, Anne Minto will retire at the July 29 annual general meeting.

Redcentric PLC - Harrogate, North Yorkshire-based IT managed services - Non-Executive Director Steve Vaughan steps down from board, effective immediately, "to focus on other interests". Redcentric says it has started a review of board composition.

Boston International Holdings PLC - special purpose acquisitions company - Hires Christopher Pitman as chair and Martin Lampshire as non-executive director, effective immediately. Pitman is a petroleum geologist with 35 years exploration and production experience, BIH says, while Lampshire is a broker who is executive director of Global Resources Investment Trust PLC and non-executive director of Bould Opportunities PLC and ValiRx PLC. BIH also says it is delaying its 2020 accounts to no later than June 30.

AFC Energy PLC - Surrey-based hydrogen power generation technology - Hires David Harvey as chief technology officer, starting in May. Harvey was senior research engineer at Ballard Power Systems and head of Fuel Cell Development at Fuel Cell Powertrain GmbH. He is relocating to the UK to take the job.

B90 Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based sportsbook operator and online marketing gaming - Rainer Lauffs to step down as chief operating officer and from board in six months time, following a handover. Ronny Breivik is hired to be CEO of main operating subsidiary B90 Ventures Ltd, joining initially as a consultant. Brievik has worked in online gaming since 1997 and launched the first gaming portal in Norway, B90 says. Brievik will be issued 280,000 shares as his initial fee, followed by a further 280,000 on June 30. B90 was quoted at 13.00 pence on Wednesday afternoon, making the 560,000 shares worth GBP72,800.
