LONDON (Alliance News) - Payments company FAIRFX Group PLC on Wednesday said it has conditionally raised GBP1.5 million via a share issue.
The company has issued 5.3 million shares at 31.00 pence per share. Shares in the company were flat at 30.00p on Wednesday.
The net proceeds from the placing will be used to back the growth of the company's customer base and will back the re-launch of its corporate card.
