LONDON (Alliance News) - Software provider and consultancy service group First Derivatives PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Virginia Gambale bought 1,200 shares in the company in the US at a price of USD21.25 each last Thursday.
Following this transaction, Gambale holds 7,350 shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital.
The stock was up 0.7% at 1,662.00 pence Tuesday.
