LONDON (Alliance News) - Findel PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Francois Coumau acquired shares in the company on Tuesday.
Coumau bought 21,755 shares at 228.67 pence each for GBP49,997. His total stake in Findel following the deal was not disclosed.
Findel shares were trading up 2.7% at 226.00p each.
