Frontier Developments PLC - Cambridge, England-based video game developer and publisher - Completes its GBP10 million share buyback on Monday, repurchasing 2.5 million shares at an average price of 397.06 pence per share. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. As part of the buyback, President & Founder David Braben sells about 235,000 shares back to the company.
